Country Leaven Loaf

Made with natural leaven and a mix of artisan flours, the Waldscraft country loaf’s character is developed over 24 hours. A higher percent of whole grain makes this bread a bit sweeter than some as well as adding more fiber and nutrients.

Naturally leavened breads stay fresh a long time and are best stored wrapped in a clean cloth at room temp.  If crust becomes a bit dry simply pat with a bit of water and warm in toaster or oven.
